How to have pure arch with a Condres OS operating system installation.
After several tests we managed to get the system running smoothly by switching to Archlinux regularly. Below we publish what gives us pacman once our repository is removed:

In addition to these packages, which are more up-to-date than arch, there are also these:
breeze-icons kinfocenter cryptsetup filesystem grub grub-customizer libreoffice-fresh libreoffice-fresh-it libreoffice-fresh-nl libreoffice-fresh-sdk linux linux-headers lsb-release mate-media mate-system-monitor
Proceed in this way. First of all remove the repository
sudo nano /etc/pacman.conf
Remove codres repo
[condresrepo]
SigLevel = Optional
Include = /etc/pacman.d/condres/mirrorlist
Performing the system update will give you some warnings, don't worry and continue:
sudo pacman -Syu
Install package:
sudo pacman -S breeze-icons kinfocenter cryptsetup filesystem grub grub-customizer libreoffice-fresh libreoffice-fresh-it libreoffice-fresh-nl libreoffice-fresh-sdk linux linux-headers lsb-release mate-media mate-system-monitor
Update aur package
trizen -S yay
yay -Syu
Now remove the packages from the Condres version:
sudo pacman -Rdd condres-control-center condres-control-center-plugin condres-browser-settings condres-freezedry condres-kernel-manager condres-keyring condres-mirrorlist condresassets pacman-condres
Change the name of grub:
sudo mv /etc/default/grub.pacnew /etc/default/grub
sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg
Restart and enjoy your pure arch
